If you or a loved one are due to come out of hospital, your care team are likely to have asked you to arrange for a hospital bed for your home before they're willing to proceed with the discharge. We're here to help you through this process and can assist you in advising the most suitable medical bed for your healthcare needs. Likewise, if you're already living at home and your needs have progressed, we'll work with you to supply a bed for long-term care to enable you to stay at home.
Once you have had a browse of the different bed options, we recommend you give our team a call to help you choose the best one that's right for you. You can also use our online bed selector tool which will ask you questions and help you identify beds that meet your requirements.
Once you know the bed you need, we understand timing can be crucial. We provide fast home delivery and installation options with next day and same day options where needed.
There are different widths when it comes to hospital beds but the most common is a 3ft/90cm single width. In the Opera range, size options include 3ft single, 3ft6 wide single, 4ft small double and 6ft super king. For more information on how to choose a bed that will fit your room read our hospital bed dimensions guide
The majority of our beds are able to be installed upstairs as they arrive in sections which can be carried and manouvered easily. Our installation crews are fully trained to safely and efficiently install your bed in your room of choice. For larger hospital beds such as our Solo Bed in 4ft we recommend downstairs installation due to their additional widths and weight.
If you are ever unsure whether a medical bed is able to be installed upstairs feel free to get in touch with us before installation. You can also send us any images/dimensions before our installers visit.
