Simplicity Specialist Care Chair

The Simplicity Care Chair features a manual tilt in space, which keeps you in the same position even when the chair moves. Tilt-in-space helps prevent shear from occurring and sliding down the chair. Meanwhile this position redistributes body weight over a larger surface, helping to reduce the build-up of pressure.

The Simplicity Care Chair legrest can be manually adjusted, allowing to raise the legs which helps improve ciruclation. The leg rest can easily be adjusted to suit different preferences for user comfort and mobility abilites. 

The on seat and back cushions on the Simplicity Care Chair are made using a vapour permable four-way stretch fabric. This flexibility of the fabric helps to redistrubute pressure. Meanwhile, the vapour permable materials help increase airflow and brethability to reduce sweating and the build up of heat.

The Simplicity Care Chair has removable arms which allows for easy hoist access or side transfer. Meanwhile, the easily removable top arms provide seat width alteration for different users.

The Specialist Care Chair has four swivel castors with the two rear castors being lockable. The castors allow the chair to be transported easily whilst the lockable functions provides additional stability and keeps the chair in place. 

The seat depth of the chair is adjustable which allows the chair to suit a wide range of users to accommodate seating requirements. It also allows the user to ensure the coorect seating position to maintain pelvic stability and avoid sitting uncomofrtably on the sacral area.
