Choose Delivery & Installation in the checkout to have your new bed set up by our expert techs at a time convenient for you. Once your order has been placed, a member of our team will contact you within 2 weeks to arrange.
Our bed techs will deliver, install and give you a full demonstration on how to use your new bed. They will answer any questions you may have and dispose of all trash appropriately for you.

How quickly can I get my bed delivered?
Our fastest option is our crate delivery which is available within 1 week and requires self-installation.
If you’d like to have the bed installed for you, this can
take up to 3 weeks, we advise you to get in touch for a more accurate timing for this option.
Require an expedited delivery? Please get in touch and our team will do their best to get your bed to you for when you need it.
Is it easy to self-install a bed?
Yes! Thanks to our easy-to-follow instructions you can assemble your bed at home. We also have useful videos for you to follow and build your bed step by step.
If you require extra support, contact our team at support@operabeds.com who can troubleshoot if you experience issues when self-assembling.
Can I have my bed installed upstairs?
Yes, we are able to offer upstairs installation. For narrow spaces and staircases, we advise measuring the area beforehand.
How long does it take to self-assemble a bed?
For our home-care hospital beds, these take around 45 minutes to an hour to assemble.
If you choose to have your bed installed by us, our bed techs work efficiently and include a full handover demonstration on using your new bed before they leave.
Are the beds heavy?
Yes, our beds can be heavy and require two people to assemble. Be careful when lifting and installing the bed as certain parts are heavy.
If you are worried about heavy lifting, you may wish to purchase our professional installation service where our bed techs take care of everything.
