All Opera beds and mattresses are delivered within 1 week across all states. Beds arrive in
a secure shipping crate for self-assembly. For professional setup, select the
Delivery & Installation option at checkout. An advisor will contact you within to schedule installation, this is usually within 2-4 weeks.

If you want a bed quickly, our self-assembly is the fastest option. However, you are responsible for transporting the crate to inside the property and installing the bed. The crate is heavy so you must allow 2 people to bring it inside.

Our hassle-free installation service allows our engineers to take care of everything. They will bring the bed inside and install it in your room of choice. They will then give a full handover demonstration of how to use it. They will also dispose of any packaging.

If you choose our self-assembly option, your bed will arrive by a crate. This will be dropped at the driveway or nearest to your property as possible. You will be responsible for bringing the bed inside and disposing of the packaging.

We do not provide hire services for any of our hospital homecare beds or mattresses. For most people, it works our cheaper in the long-run to purchase their own hospital beds vs buying one.
