Joshua Duggan is our current Head of Digital at Opera Beds - with over seven years of dynamic marketing expertise, he delivers excellent ideas which embolden Opera Beds online as a digital entity. 

Armed with a wealth of experience across many diverse industries, Joshua has risen through the ranks from a Marketing Assistant to his role today. 

Since starting at Opera Beds one year ago, Joshua has been instrumental in shaping and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to help Opera Beds reach those who will best benefit from our products and services. 

His responsibilities involve a wide variety of digital facets, ranging from Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to Digital Public Relations (DPR), paid/organic social media, email marketing, CRM, and overall website management.

Customer engagement is Joshua’s core focus - through customer-facing projects, he has enhanced the Opera Beds website's design and greatly improved the users we experience. 

Beyond his online digital contribution to the website, Joshua has taken centre stage in short-form video content on Opera Bed's social channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, providing informative insights to the audience.

As well as specialising in digital marketing, Joshua enjoys supporting charities. He joined the rest of the Opera Beds team in conquering the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge, raising an admirable £2768 for the charity Mind in the process. 

Joshua's educational background includes a BA Hons Degree in Business & Marketing from Sheffield Hallam University, providing him with a solid foundation for strategic thinking and execution.
