All our mattresses are sold separately due to each person having different pressure care needs and preferred firmness.
If a handle or loop is needed at the side of the bed to assist with getting in and out then we can supply the bed with a grab rail which can fit on either side of the bed in the desired position.
In the event of your electric bed breaking down, call +1 888 599 2251 and speak with our in-house product support team who will go through the issue with you and try to troubleshoot over the phone. If the issue requires an engineer visit then this can be arranged within 24-48 hours.
All our hospital and adjustable beds are covered by a 3-year warranty which includes 3 years parts and 1-year labour cover.
The Opera® Solo Comfort Hospital Care Bed does not have side rails as the footboard is not high enough to accommodate the rails.
The Opera Solo Comfort Hospital Care Bed is not available in a full width. The reason for this is if the user requires on bed nursing by carers outside of the bed, this width would put a strain on the carers backs having to reach over.
The fabrics used are a high-quality wool which means they are not fluid resistant or waterproof. If this is something which you are requiring, then our range of faux leathers are a fully waterproof and are a wipe clean surface.
