For a stress-free delivery, we will come and set up your new bed for you and show you how to use it.
Once you've chosen delivery and installation, you will receive a call from our booking in team to arrange a day convenient for you.
Our friendly install crew will assemble your new bed for you in a room of your choosing. We will also demonstrate how to use the bed.
Once you are happy with how to use your new bed, we will clear away all rubbish - so you don't have to! Simply enjoy a great nights sleep.

The 2-person installation crew will dismantle and remove your old bed and mattress before installing your new bed. The old items will be taken away and either sustainably disposed of or donated to charity depending on the condition. Enquire for costs.

When's the quickest I can get a bed?
We have large stock holdings of our beds, for all stocked items our next-day courier pallet delivery is the quickest option. This is where the bed is delivered as close to the property and you will be responsible for bringing the bed inside and assembling it. For next-day deliveries, orders need to be placed by 3pm and be in a mainland UK postcode. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland, remote and offshore we advise getting in touch as it may be longer
What days of the week is the home installation service?
As standard, our home installation service is between 8am and 5pm Monday-Friday. You will be allocated a slot during these times with our booking in team shortly after you purchase. Should you wish to pick your time this can be available for at an extra cost.
Can I have my bed installed upstairs?
Yes, we are able to offer upstairs installation. For narrow spaces and staircases, we advise measuring the area beforehand.
How long does an install take?
Typically, our Opera engineers take around 45 minutes to 1 hour to install one of our profiling beds. Our booking in team can provide a more accurate timing when they contact you to arrange a day and time to install your Opera bed.
