Choosing a new bed or chair is one of the most personal decisions you can make. That's why every Opera bed, chair and mattress comes with a 10-night home trial, giving you the time and space for certainty before you commit.

When purchasing a new bed, you must purchase a mattress protector sheet to qualify for the 10 night trial.

Trial starts

on delivery

Once your bed or chair is all delivered and installed, you have 10 nights to try it out in the comfort of your own home.

You can inform us at any point within the 10 night period to end the trial and arrange collection of the bed or chair.

We'll arrange

collection and refund

A £185 charge is applied for collection. Once returned your will receive a full refund for all trial products (excluding protector).

10 night home trial terms

  • Home trials must be booked at the point that the order is placed
  • Mattresses are eligible but must be purchased and used with an Opera® mattress protector sheet (From £50)
  • The full amount for products and delivery (if applicable) will be charged at the point of purchase
  • For beds, a handling/collection fee of £185 will be deducted from your refund should you decide items are unsuitable. For chairs the fee is £125. For mattresses only, the fee is £60.
  • Unsuitable items can be refunded in full or exchanged for alternative items
  • Items must be returned in excellent condition and with the original packaging
  • Custom products are not eligible for the 10 night trial
  • Reconditioned products are not eligible for the 10 night trial
  • For RotoBeds, there is a handling/collection fee of £500
