What is a rotating chair bed?

A rotating chair bed is simply an assistance in daily living and helps enhance independence and improve well being. They are an advanced electric adjustable bed that is able to transform users from a seated position to an upright chair.

Who is likely to use one?

Those who struggle getting in and out of bed, this could be someone who is weight bearing or with limited mobility. With a rotating chair bed users do not have to depend on someone to assist them. Through advanced engineering and technology, users can choose from different exit angles, this is particularly useful for those who need to transfer from the bed to a walker or wheelchair.

Rotating chair beds are designed to reduce strain on the body which helps prevent injuries to both the user and care givers.

What is the height range of a turning bed?

Within our range, our rotating chair beds have two different types of heights to choose from.

Fixed Height (four positions)

These are fixed position options designed to correspond with the height of the user's lower leg, from the floor to the knee.

Height Adjustable

Allows the user to choose a height to suit them. With a fully height adjustment the bed can be raised higher to help with nursing and care, as well as well as lowered closer to the floor to help exiting the bed.
