The Hagen Dual Smart Adjustable Bed does not include a mattress. However, there are a range of compatible mattresses for this bed with choices on firmness, composition and depth. The headboard and surround is included in the bed price.
The distance from the floor to the top of the mattress platform is 310mm/12¼". Once the mattresses is placed on the bed the overall height will depend on your choice of mattress. Please view the mattress specification.
All construction our bed frames and upholstery is done here in the UK by our skilled craftsmen and upholsterers. The motors and mechanisms are made across Europe and the world.
For the Hagen Dual in our In-house fabrics (Linen and Anthracite) we can offer Next Day Delivery. For our bespoke fabrics and other variations, allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.

The bed comes with a full 5 year parts and labour warranty. This covers all costs of parts and engineer time to fit them.
Yes, you can book in ad-hoc services or sign up to our peace-of-mind servicing plan. Our full bed service can be purchased for £145. This includes an engineer visit to provide a full health check, to inspect everything is working as it should be and that there are no faults.

Your goods will arrive on a pallet by courier service for you to assemble. The shipment will be dropped outside as close to your property as possible. Next working day available for all orders of stocked goods placed by 3pm on Monday to Friday.
Premium 2-Man Installation

4-7 DAYS
Your bed will be delivered and installed in your home by a 2-man crew within 4-7 working days of purchasing. You will be given a delivery date when you order and will receive a call from the installation crew 1 hour before delivery.
Old Bed and Mattress Removal
£95 WITH VAT RELIEF
PURCHASE WITH INSTALLATION
The 2-man installation crew will dismantle and remove your old bed and mattress before installing your new bed. The old items will be taken away and either sustainably disposed or donated to charity depending on condition.
