1. Project consultation
We'll arrange a project consultation meeting to allow us to fully understand your needs and your objectives, from which we'll walk you through our different Opera bed models to decide which is going to be the most suitable for your project, considering:
Care Delivery, operational and nursing considerations, budgets, timescales, and, of course, your design requirements.
2. Actualisation and design visual
Once the scope for your beds has been defined, we'll product your bed design visual or even a full bed sample for you to review.
We're committed to ensuring you're happy at this stage so that you can be confident your new beds will play an important role in attracting residents to your business
3. Contract agreement
Following the visual/sample sign off we'll finalise costings, present payment and financing options, and also prepare a service agreement for the ongoing care and maintenance of your Opera beds. For certain contract agreements we can deliver replacement beds within 48 hours notice.
4. Delivery, installation and handover training
This is where the vision and dream becomes a reality! The Opera project management and installation teams will deliver, room place and install your new beds, following by a hand over training session to ensure your care and maintenance teams are trained in the operation and maintenance of your new beds.
