Buy Back Scheme
We understand that there may be situations where our customers are in possession of a bed they no longer need due to a change in circumstance.
For this reason we've developed a Buy Back Scheme to remove the headache of organising a bed removal whilst providing peace of mind that the bed will be going to good use.
How it works
If you've purchased an bed from Opera that you no longer need, please get in touch with us and one of our team members will run through a couple of questions with you and then provide you with an amount to buy the bed back. Don't worry if you're unsure of any details as we will have the order details on record.
If you're happy to go ahead we'll arrange the collection of the bed from the property at a day and time to suit you, usually within two weeks.
This is a considerate scheme we've rolled out to help customers who find themselves in difficult situations, so although the amount we offer won't necessarily provide the maximum return, the service is there to simplify the collection and removal in a hassle free, straightforward way.
Due to infection control reasons the buy back scheme doesn't apply to upholstered products or any mattresses. The scheme does also not apply to products that were originally purchased as reconditioned.
How much you'll receive
The amount that we can offer for your bed depends on the age of the product. Please contact one of our Customer Care team on 0333 222 8584 and we'll be happy to help.
To maximise monetary return, we would encourage the customer speaks to a local hospice, mobility shop or lists on a classified site (e.g. Gumtree, eBay, Preloved) before utilising the Opera buy back scheme.
