Before joining Opera Beds, Nicole spent over a decade at Rocket Mortgage, where she held roles in customer service, default communications (helping clients navigate mortgage challenges), and credit underwriting. Earlier in her career, she worked for 7 years at Art Van Furniture, gaining experience in home furnishings and customer care.

What Nicole loves most about her role is the opportunity to connect with people and make a real difference in their daily lives. She believes that great customer service starts with listening — whether someone is looking for better sleep, comfort, or mobility support. Over the years, she’s taken multiple training courses in customer service and relationship-building, all to make the buying process smooth and stress-free.
