Our range of riser recliner chairs are available as single or dual motors:
Single motor - As the name suggests, a single motor is where the chair has one motor which powers the back and footrest at the same time. As such, when the backrest is reclined the footrest will automatically rise.
Dual motor - This is where the chair has two separate motors which control the chair, meaning the backrest and footrest can be moved individually. Depending on your specific needs and requirements, you may be more suitable to choose a dual-motor riser recliner as they provide more adjustments.
All Opera Riser Recliner chairs are easy to assemble if you prefer to do it yourself. When they arrive, the backrest will need to slot into place, the cushions will need to be zipped onto the chair, and it will need to be plugged into the mains. We do recommend having two people bring the chair inside, as the parts are heavy.
