About the Signature Bariatric Profiling Bed
The Signature Bariatric Profiling bed accommodates larger and plus-size users up to 41 stone. The bed is fully adjustable allowing the user or carer to raise and lower the backrest and leg rest. There are three wood finishes to choose from and side rails can be added to prevent falls. The Signature Bariatric is wider than a standard bed size to allow sufficient room and comfort.

Upgrade cover & service plan
Your bed is covered by a three year parts and 12 month labour warranty as standard. You can upgrade your cover to one of the following plans to include servicing and additional warranty for complete peace-of-mind.

All our mattresses are sold separately due to each person having different pressure care needs and preferred firmness.
The Opera Signature Bariatric bed comes with or without side rails. When purchased with side rails, the bed can accommodate dynamic air mattresses of up to 8" in depth whilst remaining fully compliant with care home bed rail regulations.
In the event of a power cut, the Opera® profiling beds have a 29v battery back-up which has enough power to get the bed back into a flat position.
If a handle or loop is needed at the side of the bed to assist with getting in and out then we can supply the bed with a grab rail which can fit on either side of the bed in the desired position.
The wooden side rails can only be operated by somebody outside of the bed, they can either be left in the drop down position to the side of the bed or in the raised position to prevent someone from falling out of bed.
In the event of your electric bed breaking down, call 0333 222 8584 and speak with our in-house product support team who will go through the issue with you and try to troubleshoot over the phone. If the issue requires an engineer visit then this can be arranged within 24-48 hours.
All our profiling and adjustable beds are covered by a 3-year warranty which includes 3 years parts and 1-year labour cover. We offer two upgrade plans (read more) if you would like to buy additional cover for your Opera bed.
