All our mattresses are sold separately due to each person having different pressure care needs and preferred firmness.
Yes, the Opera® Signature Comfort Plus Profiling Bed comes with Tri-split side rails on either side of the bed. The head and foot end rails can be raised or lowered independently to suit the needs of the user.
In the event of a power cut, the Opera® profiling beds have a 29v battery back-up which has enough power to get the bed back into a flat position.
If a handle or loop is needed at the side of the bed to assist with getting in and out then we can supply the bed with a grab rail which can fit on either side of the bed in the desired position.
In the event of your electric bed breaking down, call 0333 222 8584 and speak with our in-house product support team who will go through the issue with you and try to troubleshoot over the phone. If the issue requires an engineer visit then this can be arranged within 24-48 hours.
All our profiling and adjustable beds are covered by a 3-year warranty which includes 3 years parts and 1-year labour cover. We offer two upgrade plans (read more) if you would like to buy additional cover for your Opera bed.
Yes, the Signature Comfort Plus has tri-rails that are easy to drop down from inside or outside the bed. To lower the rails down, simply grab underneath the rails and lift them down.
