Chantelle Dye is a dedicated member of the Opera Beds team, with a focus on enhancing the online experience for customers.
Having joined Opera Beds in 2021, Chantelle has played a pivotal role in the day-to-day maintenance of the website, focusing on adding new products and overseeing web development projects.
Chantelle is here to ensure a seamless online journey for customers with her expertise in User Experience (UX). Collaborating closely with designers and web developers, she strives for Opera Beds to leave the best possible digital impression on web visitors, constantly seeking ways to improve and eliminate any pain points customers may face.
In addition to her core responsibilities, she provides invaluable support to the marketing team, crafting imaginative email campaigns or contributing to the company blog; she is always happy to go the extra mile for her colleagues.
Her diverse background spans five years in clerical and clinical roles in the healthcare sector - this allows Chantelle to bring a unique and highly informed perspective to her role daily.
Her early career included serving as a Medical Receptionist for the Internal Medicine Department at Baylor Scott & White Healthcare in Texas, USA.
Subsequently, she transitioned to the NHS, where she worked as a Patient Services Specialist for multiple General Practice Surgeries.
The latter part of her healthcare journey involved a fulfilling role as a Student Midwife for 2 and a half years, providing care to women and their families.
This wealth of experience has equipped Chantelle with a comprehensive understanding of general health conditions and treatment paths within the NHS, including pressure care.
Chantelle's educational journey includes two years of Media Production at Hull College and two years of Film Production & Cinematography at Bournemouth University, culminating in a BA Hons in Broadcast Media from Hull. Throughout her academic pursuits, she completed modules in Media Marketing, User Research, and Web Design.
